Prevention criteria
Objective
Prevention criteria are specific search criteria bearing on results, absences and the memos recorded in students' files. They make for the automatic detection of students who could be in need of help.

These criteria are applied in the student record consultation screens. They highlight, through the use of the colours selected by the user, the data to be monitored.

These criteria can also be used to signal, in the appropriate personnel's alert box, the situations to be monitored more closely and that will probably require an intervention with the student. This is possible through the automatic execution of a batch production which can be scheduled at the desired frequency in GPI Windows (e.g. every day, every week, etc.).

The prevention criteria and the alert mechanisms can also be used to identify situations that are worth mentioning (e.g. the student with a general average above 85%, the student who is never absent, etc.).

Each prevention criterion can be applied to all of a school's students or only to a particular number designed by a specific Class, Classification, Status of follow-up and/or Homeroom.
