Data
HEADING
This zone is used to identify the school and the work session year.
NEW ALERTS
This table signals the new alerts that were sent to the authorized personnel. These alerts were detected in GPI in accordance with the prevention criteria established in ISM.
Number of new alerts Number of new alerts sent to the authorized personnel. The new alerts are those that have not yet been marked as "read".
Overview of new alerts The overview indicates the name of the students concerned by each new alert. When several alerts concern the same student, the number of alerts appears to the right of the student's name in brackets. The alerts are displayed in order of student family and first name.
NEXT EVENTS IN AGENDA
This table informs the authorized personnel of the upcoming events, concerning the student follow-up, that were automatically placed by ISM in their agenda.
Number of next events Number of events in the authorized personnel's agenda starting from the current date, for the next 10 days inclusively.
Overview of next events The overview indicates, for each of the next events, the date and the name of the student concerned by the event. When several events concern the same student for a specific date, the number of events appears to the right of the student's name in brackets. The events are displayed in order of date and student family name and first name.
STUDENT RECORDS
T his zone is used to specify the search criteria to access one or a group of student records. All these criteria can be combined:
Name The search by student name can be done using the "%" and "-" replacement characters.
First name The search by student first name can be done using the "%" and "-" replacement characters.
Id. no. The Id. number (7 digits) is used to directly access the desired student's record.
Status The status is used to directly obtain an active or inactive student. The <All> option considers both the active or inactive student. By default, the active student is considered.
Individual The Individual code (4 digits or less) is used to directly access the desired student's record.
Homeroom This criterion is used to search for the students of a specific homeroom.
State of follow-up The search can be done using the State of follow-up entered in the students' annual record. The pulldown menu proposes the different values defined by the school for this data. By default, "All" states are considered.
Other criterion Lastly, other search criteria are offered in the Other criterion pulldown menu. The search value for the selected criterion is indicated in the entry zone accompanying the pulldown menu. The possible criteria are:
- "None"
(by default)
- Class
(valid class code, e.g. 1, 2, 3, A, B,...)
- Difficulty
(valid difficulty code, e.g. 01, 02, 12,...)
- Individualized Education Plan
(Yes or No)

The Difficulty search criterion is available only when the user has the access privilege to the data Difficulty in their application profile.

Form The research can be done for a form registered in student annual records. The drop down menu offers different forms defined by the school. The <None> option allows the research of students without any forms in their annual record. The <All> option, allows the research of students with at least one form in their annual record. By default, this criteria is not considered.
Event - role This criterion can be used to restrict the research to students who played a role in an act violence/bullying whose end date of interventions is not completed. Each defined roles appears in the list to specifically target the students who have played this role. Multiple selection allows to select all the roles at once to find all the students who have been involved in an event regardless of their role. This criterion is only visible if the application profile's activity "Violence - Bullying" access is authorized.
The search for students in ISM takes into account the confidentiality level specific to each type of user:
User restricted to a list of students In GPI, (activity Authorized personnel - Students accessible through ISM), it is possible to restrict an authorized personnel to a list of students specific to ISM. In such a case, the authorized personnel only has access to the students indicated in the list.
Teacher If the "Teacher" security at student record is activated in the security profile, the user of type Teacher is limited to students from their subject-sections or their homeroom.
School administrator The authorized personnel defined as school administrator for a series of students in GPI (activity Authorized personnel - Information for school administrators) is limited by default to this series of students when performing an extended search (e.g. State of follow-up criterion). The authorized personnel whose category of user is administrative personnel, is not restricted to this series of students. In both cases, they can directly access any of the school's students through the Id. no. or Individual criteria.
Other user Any other user having access to ISM has access to all the school's students.
Whatever the type of user, when the search is direct (Id. no. or Individual criteria), the record is obtained if authorized, regardless of the status (active or inactive). Otherwise, only the authorized and active records are sought.
