General options
Objective
The general options are work parameters set by and for the user specifically.
Data
Number of students per page Parameter indicating the maximum number of students to be displayed in one page following a search and in the Alerts box (1 to 255). If no number is entered, all the students resulting from the search will be displayed in the same page.
Save automatically If the option is checked, the changes entered in a page will automatically be saved in the database when moving from one screen to another (e.g. return to previous page). It is the default option.

If the option is not checked, a confirmation of the save will be requested if changes have been entered in the page.

Note that this option does not apply to the Save command. This command always saves the changes without confirmation.
Confirm before deletion  If the option is checked, any request to delete data from the system (through the Delete command) will need to be confirmed before being effective in the database. It is the default option.

If the option is not checked, the deletion will be immediate, with no possibility of going back. Note that, in certain important situations (form structure and student forms), the system will request that the deletion be confirmed.
Confirm before undo If the option is checked, any cancellation of changes entered in the page (through the Undo command) will need to be confirmed. This is the default option.

If the option is not checked, the cancellation of changes entered in the page will be immediate, with no possibility of going back.
Actions
Save The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database.
Undo The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page.
