| External authorized personnel are those whom the school can occasionally involve in the student help process, without having to define them in the GPI school's authorized-personnel table. They are defined in the system simply by a code and a description. This definition is saved in the GPI "parameterized school data" table. | |||

| For each external authorized personnel, there is the following information: | |||
| Code of external authorized personnel | 3-position code identifying the external authorized personnel. It is mandatory and must be unique. | ||
| Description of external authorized personnel | Description of the external authorized personnel using a maximum of 50 characters. | ||
| Actions | |||
| Add external authorized personnel | The Add command displays on screen the desired number of lines to be used to enter new external authorized personnel. | ||
| Save | The Save command records the changes entered on screen in the database. | ||
| Delete external authorized personnel | The Delete command eliminates from the database the external authorized personnel selected on screen. | ||
| Undo | The Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page. | ||
