Obtain a preview of the form as it will be displayed for the
data entry. The screen is not only used to verify the appearance and the
layout of
the information in the form, but also to verify the "behaviour" and properties
of each of the data; for example: - Validation rules - Display of default values - Required data - Confidential data - Repetitive section and data - Display of selection lists - Display of frames - Command to attach a note - Command for context-sensitive help |

| Test | The Test command starts the verification of the form as if the form was saved in a student record. This is in fact a Save simulation. If all is valid, the "Successfully saved" message is displayed, otherwise the errors are signalled in the usual manner. | ||
| Undo | Still in the context of a Save simulation, the Undo command cancels the changes entered in the page. | ||
