History
Objective
Obtain an overall view of the student's attendance in the school board. The table allows the user to view the different forms that have been appended to the record, if such is the case, for these years.
Data
For each line in the table, we see school information and the following data concerning the follow-up of the student:

- School year
- School
- Age on September 30
- Class
- Homeroom teachers
- Individualized Education Plan
- Start date of plan
- End date of plan
- Interventions journal

The icon that accompanies the Interventions journal field calls up the Extended editing screen used to view the text in a larger area.

The lines in the table are displayed in a decreasing order of school year and of the creation date of the student's annual record.
Actions
Access student's forms  The command to the right of each line is used to view the different forms that were completed by the school for the student during the corresponding year. See the Forms screen.

Access to the student's forms is allowed only if the Forms activity is authorized in the user's application profile.
