Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
Objective
Consult the student’s IEP (Individualized Education Plan): IEP identifier, start date, review date and end date Consult the list of meetings schedules for this IEP to have access to the assistance provided to this student.
Data
The table presents all of the student’s Intervention Plans (IEPs) in the school under consideration, in descending order from the start date of the IEP. The following information is displayed:
Plan [IEP Identifier]	This identification area (maximum 50 characters) lets a user give an identifying title to each IEP in the student’s record. If the warning symbol appears to the right of the plan, a tooltip tells you that this plan is a copy of the one being used by another school in the current year. This plan is for consultation only and you must not modify it. In this same context, the Send a PDF copy of IEP by email and Make available to parents actions are not available.
Start Date	The date on which the first IEP meeting is slated to be held.
Review Date	The date on which the last review meeting has been scheduled.
End Date	The date on which a final meeting is planned to be held. The IEP is concluded.
Export Date	The most recent date on which the plan was exported.
Transfer Date	This date is completed if the IEP plan is provided by another school. The date corresponds to the date in which the IEP plan has been exported from the original school. The establishment and school of the original IEP plan are available in the tooltip .
Last generated Date	Last generated date when IEP has been make available to parents.
List of meetings scheduled in an IEP. Each meeting has the following information :
Meeting Type	This represents what type of meeting will take place: Opening, Review or Closing.
Meeting Date	This represents the exact day of the meeting.
Actions
Add an IEP	The Add command allows an authorized person to add another IEP to the student’s record. The Identifier area is where the IEP identifier title is placed.
Display IEPs	The command situated on the right of each plan takes you to the Individualized Intervention Plan Details database. This database makes available more detailed information concerning the IEP: meetings, data collections, abilities and needs, objectives and means to attain objectives, Alternative School objectives.
Send a PDF copy of IEP by email	The command, situated at the right of plans is used to send a PDF copy of the current IEP plan by email.
Make available to parents	The command, situated at the right of plan is used to make available to parents a PDF copy of the current IEP. For this action to be available, the IEP must be active, that is not having a closing meeting with an end date.
Make unavailable to parents	The command, situated at the right of plan that is currently available to the parents, makes it possible to withdraw its availability. The PDF copy is automatically deleted from the student's documents. Thereafter, only the active plan can be made available to the parents.
Delete Individualized Educational Plan	The Delete command removes from the data bank the plan that has been selected for deletion in the database. In addition, if invitations to meetings had been sent for the selected IEP, a notice will be sent by email to the participants convened advising them that the meeting was canceled. Note that no email cancellation notice will be sent to the student neither the adults responsible for the student.
Abort Individualized Educational Plan	The Terminate the IEP command will make an administrative closure of the IEP plan selected. The administrative closure consists of : Closing all the meetings that have been previously held. Deleting all the meetings that are planned in the future. Opening and ending a closing meeting according to the date of the day. In addition, if invitations to meetings had been sent for the selected IEP, a notice will be sent by email to the participants convened advising them that the meeting was canceled. Note that no email cancellation notice will be sent to the student neither the adults responsible for the student.
